Why Custom Home Vaults?
I grew up in Pacific Palisades, a place full of sunshine, ocean air, beautiful sunsets and quiet hillside neighborhoods. When the wildfires came through, they didn’t just burn homes—they swept through entire lives. On my last trip back to help my parents, who had been displaced, I saw firsthand what 75% destruction looks like. Markets gone. Banks reduced to ash. Churches and schools lost. Many of my childhood friends lost everything. Somehow, my parents’ home was still standing—but even so, it needed extensive remediation just to remove the smoke.
As I stood in the aftermath of it all, seeing more than half of the town completely gone, one thought kept returning: what if we could protect the irreplaceable before disaster strikes? If my parents had to rebuild, I’d want an impenetrable fireproof vault at the house. Large enough for everything.

UL Class 2 Panel Fabrication
The structural panels for the walls and ceiling are composed of a proprietary high-density composite concrete, internally reinforced with precision-placed steel rods and integrated steel fibers. Each panel is encased in a galvanized steel perimeter frame for enhanced rigidity and durability. Independently tested to exceed 30,000 psi in compressive strength, these panels offer security performance well beyond traditional site-poured concrete. Certified resistance includes penetration by drilling, cutting, mechanical impact, and thermal assault, meeting the rigorous standards required for high-security installations.
UL Class 2 Certified Vault Door
Weighing approximately 1.5 tons, this UL Class 2 certified vault door is engineered for high-security applications, meeting the rigorous UL 608 standard. Constructed with hardened steel, composite barrier materials, and reinforced alloys, it resists drilling, cutting, impact, and torch attacks.
